Our units may not be brand new, but every machine is professionally cleaned, inspected, and tested before delivery. You receive a reliable unit that works properly from the moment it arrives. We are not selling appearances — we are delivering machines that do the job.
Call or email us. Normal mechanical issues that occur during regular use are covered under your rental agreement. We will work with you to diagnose the problem and arrange repair or a replacement unit as needed. You are not left to deal with breakdowns alone.
Yes. Maintenance and service support for normal mechanical operation is included as part of your rental agreement. There are no surprise service charges for standard operating issues. This is one of the most important reasons to rent from us rather than buy second-hand with no warranty.
We require a minimum 6-month rental term. After your initial 6 months are complete, your rental automatically continues on a flexible month-to-month basis — no need to re-sign a long-term contract. You can keep the unit as long as you need it.
Yes. A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at the time of signing. That means $50 for a single unit rental or $80 for a washer and dryer set. The deposit is returned in full at the end of your rental agreement, provided the unit is returned in good standing and free of damage.
Yes. We deliver the unit to your Edmonton-area home and connect it to your existing hookups. We make sure everything is running properly before we leave. You do not need to arrange transport or installation on your own.
For a washer, you will need standard hot and cold water supply lines and a drain connection. For an electric dryer, a 240-volt outlet is required. If you are unsure what you have, mention it in the notes field on the form and we will sort out the details before delivery.
Coverage applies to normal mechanical operation under regular household use. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, customer-caused improper installation, or external conditions outside of normal use may not be covered. Full coverage details are clearly outlined in your rental agreement at the time of signing.

We deliver to Edmonton and surrounding communities including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, and Stony Plain. If you are outside these areas, get in touch and we will let you know if we can accommodate your location.
Once your initial 6-month minimum term is complete, your rental continues on a flexible month-to-month basis automatically. When you are ready to end the rental, give us notice and we will arrange pickup of the unit and return of your security deposit.
